Steve and Angie were great - they quickly resolved what was happening with my well pump which could have actually damaged my pump or blown up because of the pressure -they also gave me good advice on maintenance great couple - hard working and honest and so easy to talk to- they have great stories too ????will definitely use them for any other plumbing issues or septic problems

Steve and Angie were AMAZING! Came out on a beautiful weekend afternoon to fix the poopy water in my driveway. They were fast to arrive, efficient at getting the job done, and left the scene significantly cleaner and nicer smelling than when they arrived.
Mr. Shaw has incredible integrity. The city dropped by our office and let us know that it appeared we had a leak. Mr. Shaw came to our office within an hour and spotted our problem and gave us a great solution!!!
Highly recommended!! They came out as soon as we called and pumped out our Septic tank that had been with the house since 1999. It ended up being a bigger job than expected but they stuck to their original quote they had given us. Very professional, friendly, prompt, hard working and honest company.
Had a mess of a time getting an inspection of a septic tank done when a different company wouldn’t even look at it. Shaw septic came out and immediately got to work. Had the issue identified quickly, fixed, and even cleared some extra brush and briars around the tank. They worked quickly, gave us advice on future maintenance and even referrals to other local companies for other work we were looking to have done around the house. Can’t suggest these people enough.
We needed a camera to find our septic tank and they were very quick to find it. They even worked into the late evening when it had gotten dark and drove a long way to help us. Their information and hard work were invaluable. Highly recommend!!
These are a really great and hard working people. Came and pumped and replaced something (I can't remember the name for it) in our tank. Very friendly and funny as all get out. They really made me feel like I've known them for years. Not too many folks like them left, 10/10 would recommend.
